It wasn't too bad. It is driveable. They got out of the car (to give us the car) without setting the parking brake, leaving it in drive. On a hill. It rolled down until it hit a parked car to stop it, all the while us screaming "get in and step on the brake!". So painful to watch. - Bret Taylor
