The key for this lightning build in T6 is survivability because unlike the Raiment build, you have to stand there to output damage and the elite affix damage in T6 is pretty high. I do played some other classes because my monk sometimes gets very rare drops for her siblings: Wand o Woh, Tusk and Theo (Int edition!), Fate of the Fells (with built in CDR!). It's the CB combo that obviously OP in GR. Either GR difficulty scaling method or the CB combo need to be redesigned.
