"This list could start and end with Linda Hamilton in T2. I'm skeptical Mother of Dragons will be able to fill her shoes, but I'll hold judgment until I can see for myself."

"I know it's a *minority* opinion, but Cruise doesn't get enough credit for his role in War of the Worlds. It gets a lot of hate for its ending, but there's a lot of fantastic stuff in that movie. The minivan escape sequence is incredible."

"In the film at least, Hulk doesn't really contribute a whole lot to the team. He's mostly just an unstable monster. Most of the time the team is just trying to contain him. Age of Ultron looks to include even more of that."

"The article's author is a woman: Lisa Rosman. I'd agree though that she's probably not coming at it from the viewpoint of a GITS fan, but a ScarJo fan."

"That's true, and they've each earned their chance at being popular or unpopular. Most of the posts are not written by myself - including this one."

"Why is that? Reddit has an open API to enable sourcing a given link's associated posts and comments: http://www.reddit.com/api... Facebook and Twitter have similar API interfaces as well."

"You could try [Flickchart](http://www.flickchart.com), which uses comparisons between films to rank your favorites rather than you having to come up with some arbitrary numerical rating."

"We're working hard on a top-down revamped version of the site that we hope to bring on-line later this year. Whole new code infrastructure on the front and back end. The goal is to have a fast, fully responsive design, and a lot of new added functionality. The ranking algorithm is also getting a much smarter upgrade that will help refine your rankings even faster."

"Definitely "An American Werewolf in London" is #1. "Monster Squad" was a definite favorite as a kid.
My grandmother's favorite movie was The Howling - strangely enough. I've yet to see it - I should...
I just watched a fun New Zealand mockumentary recently called "What We Do in the Shadows" that has a great twist on werewolves (and vampires) living in modern-day New Zealand. Very funny stuff."
