Believe it or not SFPD harassed Asians. When I was 15, I remember lying face down on the sidewalk while they searched the guys we were with.

These Tweets may make some of you uneasy. But this is the reality of America. Took me leaving my comfort zone to see/accept certain things.

I've met many talented non US residents educated in the States. They describe America as 'vile' re: acclimation, immigration, Visa issues.

Also: America is very hostile towards those who aren't White. SURPRISE.

That said, grateful for Twitter to shed light on issues people have been fighting against for years.

I get how people can be shocked about what's going on in Ferguson. But as a minority and having worked in hip-hop, I've seen it all.

People are already shitfaced and messy. It's not even 9pm in Tokyo... Because JAPAN.
