Wished it was banned in UK too, there was talk about charging anything from 5p to 20p per bag to encourage recycling of old bags, but nothing has happened that I've noticed. :(

@Halil...Yes, that's the problem. There is a lot of talk but not much gets done. If we would put our actions out there a lot could be done.
