"To be honest, I don't like video links on reddit, I'm looking for posts, images here but not videos, or else I'll be on youtube/vimeo/etc. But normally I will not downvote a link just because it's a video, except for something like "How to make an extremely cheap Tinker's Construct Smeltery" which certainly don't need a video to explain it well. And yes, when I downvoting a video, in most cases, I didn't watch the video. Why should I waste 30 minutes to just watch a video I don't like? So here is my suggestion: suck it up and continue to post your videos on this subreddit OR leave here and promoting your videos elsewhere." - number5
