I use Tweetdeck to manage multiple accounts (personal plus professional plus two clients). I think the problem with my personal Twitter is I'm following too many extremely prolific Tweeters. I know I don't have to read all the Tweets in my stream or "catch up" but I'm missing some "important" (not quite the right word) Tweets in amongst the "stuff". I've tried using lists but I never go back and revisit the lists, haha. - Melly #FForever

It is hard to remember to visit lists, that's for sure. Can you mute some of the more prolific ones for a while? Or set up a search column(s) for specific keywords so that you don't miss stuff that's more relevant to you? - Corinne L

Lists are the only way for me to catch up. Some accounts are part of multiple lists. Some lists only contain a few accounts. (I rarely check my main feed.) - Stephan Planken
