I was thinking of baking something & going trick or treating tomorrow, trading baked goods for non-handed-out candy, but I can't figure out how not to weird people out. The neighbors already hate us. - Lo

I did think about that Joe, but it would be cheating. This is for a giant pie-sized cookie for the birthday of a guy I know who loves dumpster diving and other ways to get the most use out of things for the least money. To really follow the spirit of what he wants, I think I shouldn't buy anything for it, which is an exciting challenge that gets my baker chi flowing. But it would be nice to have a decent quantity & variety of candy to work with. - Lo
