if you want to post from FF to other services you can use twitterfeed.com or any similar service to push your twitter or any RSS (including FF) to hellotxt.com or ping.fm, which will forward it to all the other services you wish. - Flavio

Hmm I see. This is all new for me... I'm lost between Posterous, Ping.fm and Hellotxt... Not even sure I need 'em but I'm trying to understand :) - fwed

FF is meant to aggregate content, not push out to it. Maybe this will change over time but, at the moment, it is not really setup to post to other services other than Twitter. - Brandon Titus
