"They've tarnished their image so badly with their base and have admitted that they were trying to lure in customers that were not their base during the Johnson year. I hope they can pull out of this nosedive, but looking at their website and hearing from my wife after visiting their store, they're still not catering to the base and they have stock issues. It could be a very effective campaign, but I'm not sure JCP is ready to be given a second chance. I hope this doesn't damage the brand because they launched the campaign before they fixed their merchandise and stock problems.
