Yikes. To me it looks like a street since the fallen cars are mostly parallel to what remains of the road. - John (bird whisperer)

the street butted up against the railroad tracks below. there was a small embankment with a fence along the street. cars would park along either side, which kept it one car wide most of the time. it's only a few blocks long. dead ends at the elementary school (viewable in the background of the photo) and a larger cross road on the other end. - t-ra is ugly crying

Thanks, John. You can see the whole wall, sidewalk and grass verge fell straight down. There's even a lamppost and grass almost upright in the ditch. - m9m, Crone of FriendFeed
