"Thanks.  I agree - its changes in process thinking and few people know how hard that is as you do. But I also think its a change in management thinking that will enable loose coupling of people as required by process. The fact that we have anointed people from start to finish brings a lot of risk. Yes, its a great way to know whose throat to choke but if things go horribly wrong, firing 1-2-5 people still wont make up for the damage caused. Its starting to happen in some cases.
