Ticketmaster is still a rip off. Many tickets I've just decided not to buy on principle. Today they wanted an additional $10 for a $50 ticket. 20% of the value? Seriously?

Pearl Jam has done a great job selling tickets through their website. That said, I doubt they could have sold out 5 nights straight in Philly without Ticketmaster. Sigh.
