The last few years Flickr imports haven't worked at all. (Edit: for me.)

I have to prod them manually (just like Tumblr.) They're just... eccentric sometimes. If I import an incomplete set, and then try again too soon, it'll just append some of the new ones to the old set. But only sometimes.
