Nope... by my logic my employer can search my locker in his facility, go through my desk, watch the traffic on his computer network and scan my work machine. They can say I can't wear shirts advertising their competitors while at work and they can say I'm not allowed to discuss divisive topics at work. Because that's in their property. On the other hand I believe that if you have a dinner guest who is verbally abusive to your spouse, you have every right to evict him from your home and not invite him back without worrying about his right to free speech. Because you have a right to a certain type of behavior on your property. An employer can't enter my property without my consent because it's my property. Of course an employer can't subject me to cruel or unusual punishment. There are laws outside the constitution governing..."
