"I have used PayPal several times for e-commerce applications and so far I have never experienced problems. PayPal offer some decent products and good rates so its hard to dismiss them as a good choice. Given the large number of issues they seem to have I am sure I will experience problems at some point, I just hope its not bad enough to put me off them because at the moment I do like their simplicity." - Arthur Guy
