"It looks like it may be jammed or badly bruised instead? I broke my little pinky toe quite badly once and had to go to the emergency room. Poor little toe was sticking out at a 90 degree angle. The ER doctor gave me a shot between the toes that was so painful I screamed and then he reset it. If I remember correctly I had to wear a special shoe of some sort. I just remember I struggled with walking for a number of weeks due to the continued pain."
