...but not down to bad service! On the contrary, the Apple Store Genies were so dead set on fixing a guys' MacBook they refused to make a sale. "I'll be right there buddy, just as soon as I've got to the bottom of this networking issue..." he says through baleful eyes. I smile ^_^ That's what I like to see: geeks getting to do what geeks do best.
