Reference accounts often get sweet deals that aren't profitable for companies with real revenue producing customers to beat on price. At $43 per customer a year that's absurdly low for a hosted service. I'd be curious if there's money in other contracts, like the migration, support, upgrades, etc. - Todd Hoff
