"You need to turn down your x264 preset, that's what is more than likely taking up a lot of CPU power. You've set it at a very, very aggressive rate. I'd set it at "Very Fast", maybe set it at "Fast" and see if that works. I've got the same CPU and I've overclocked mine to 4.4 ghz and run my encoder at "Fast". Also, your bitrate is extremely low..so the stream will probably not look that great. But I'm not sure what you're streaming and how much movement/detail is on screen...." - Sam Houston
