Is it legal to take photos in public spaces that includes people you do not know, either facing the camera or not, ie taking a photo in a park? Nothing weird though ;) Specifically candid shots that just include people, but the people are not the actual subject. Hope that is clear. - travispuk

yes it's legal to take the pictures. yes it's legal to print them or view them. if there's a news story related to the scene, they can go in the newspaper with an article. however without a model release you may not be able to sell them for commercial purposes. - Steven Vore
