"Can't you just use the Nook web app? A lot of developers don't support native Windows & Windows phone apps, but in most cases there's a web app that works equally well. And for what it's worth, I think you might see more developer interest once Windows 10 roles out, if MS actually achieves true unity where mobile apps can run as windowed desktop apps.
