I am going to debone chicken wings and stuff them for Christmas lunch, oh and then coat them and deep fry them. I havent worked out the stuffing yet. I'm thinking it should be a crowd pleaser!
Roast duck for main course - all cooked outside on the deck because it will be bloody hot!
