He admitted ejaculating onto her desk on four occasions – and twice into her coffee – in a six month period. The man, from Blaine, Minnesota, was initially charged with two gross misdemeanour counts – fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct and attempted fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct.
