Kasra Nouri and Saleh Moradi, two Sufi activists, illegally imprisoned at Shiraz prison without trial for 18 months, protest the persecution of their detained lawyers in Tehran Evin prison. Since January 16 the ill Sufi lawyers and journalists were tortured and sent to solitary confinement. They proceeded to hunger strike to defend their lawyers, illegally deprived from medical treatments. A number of journalists, lawyers and defenders of human rights, who took defense of Sufi fellows, oppressed by fundamentalist government, are detained illegally for more than 18 months without trial. The lawyers and journalists are imprisoned because of the influence of fundamentalists and lack of judicial deference in cases of fraud....
