"saul - great question. i'd want to understand what milestones they associate w their departure. Someone who just professes to not want to work on any one project for more than a few years, and doesn't have a history of success, that could be a strike.
However, someone who is self-aware and talks about what they're best at and need to accomplish over a few years before perhaps the company would be best managed by someone else, that's not necessarily a strike.
