Liet International is the only song contest for linguistic minorities in Europe. The contest has been arranged in Fryslan, the Netherlands in 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2009. In 2006 the contest was arranged outside the Netherlands for the first time, in Ostersund, Sweden under the name Liet Lavlut. In 2008 it took place in Lulea, Sweden. The 27th of November 2010 Liet International took place in An Orient/Lorient in France. Liet International 2011 will be in Udine, Friuli/Italy. - Jannis
