"I really enjoyed a couple trips to Q - their smoked turkey was flat-out amazing, and their ribs were solid. Smoque is OK though kind full of themselves and over-priced. I'm a suburbanite, and this joint Steamboat BBQ (used to be Smoke Ringz) here in the Wheaton/Carol Stream area has the best brisket I've had outside of Texas.
