"probably every 3-6 months, with smaller experiments intra-cycle. I haven't found any system other than to take some sample periods and quickly categorize meetings/time. I try to keep it simple - directionally correct is fine - and i only use four categories (current investments, new investments, Homebrew operations, general relationship building). i don't worry about the time outside of those activities - ie not trying to get accounting on all 24/7." - hunter walk
