How long was the total wait for approval?

When we first submitted, it took 2.5 weeks to be rejected. Then it took 2 weeks of us calling them every day (and leaving messages) before we finally got someone to pick up the phone and tell us what was wrong. It was an easy-to-fix error. So we fixed it, and submitted the same day. It took another 2.5 weeks to get approved.
