şakşuka: peppers, eggplant and zucchini (maybe, if u want) - cut like cubes and fry them. and fry some grated tomatoes and garlic too n' pour over the vegetables. we know şakşuka like this, no eggs. http://www.acikyesil.com/galeri... I will try with eggs :)
