Now, as for the OP, there is a report feature but, reporting someone for not changing what game they are playing is not what I would assume is reportable. Now, maybe if they are playing something that's not allowed to be streamed on Twitch then, that may just be a violation of the ToS but saying "his stream says he's playing CoD but he's streaming CS:GO" is nothing. Some people forget to change the game. The most you can do is just remind the streamer to update the game title. In the case of ADGQ, there's only about 4 official streams (the other 3 are listed on the main ADGQ stream page for other countries if I remember) so, no one will be duped thinking an unknown streamer is part of AGDQ.
