"I think he's thinking about people why may have the game set as, for example, LoL when they are playing something no one would watch. In short, it's like clickbait to him. Now, as for the OP, there is a report feature but, reporting someone for not changing what game they are playing is not what I would assume is reportable. Now, maybe if they are playing something that's not allowed to be streamed on Twitch then, that may just be a violation of the ToS but saying "his stream says he's playing CoD but he's streaming CS:GO" is nothing. Some people forget to change the game. The most you can do is just remind the streamer to update the game title. In the case of ADGQ, there's only about 4 official streams (the other 3 are listed on the main ADGQ stream page for other countries if I remember) so, no one will be duped thinking an unknown streamer is part of AGDQ. Also, there's also the thumbnail of the stream too."
