Picking a new (or used) car. Julie wants "German Sedan". I want "Rear Legroom". We've narrowed our choices to - VW Passat, Audi A6, or BMW 525i. Thoughts?

I love my BMW 325i. But it is about 7 years old now, so I am not really up to speed on current models.

Get the BMW 535i. I have the 335i - it's the best sedan I've owned.

The BMW 525 is certainly very comfortable for adults in the back, that was why we chose it as we had my mother with us a lot when she was sick. Brilliant car. Of course we bought it used, and these are good cars to buy used, if they made it past 5 years they'll make it past 10
