It is gray and way too cold and time to make VEGETABLE SOUP! Hopefully it will be an improvement on last week's foray into soup-making, which was tasty enough. Lemme know if you want some, there'll be extra!
If you looked up "culinary overkill" in a dictionary that actually included the term, it would just say "See: Lo's soup." I made roux with double scalded milk, and grated raw potato into it, and sautéed mustard greens... ridiculous. The only mistake was not making enough. - Lo
