Day 42 - Second racking
I'm amazed at how well this is turning out. It already tastes very nice; good tannins, nice and dry (I cut back on the recommended sugar about 20%). #plumwineproject - Ken Morley
The red blush on the plums have given it a light pink colour, which should deepen a bit once it ages. I don't know if I'm going to be able to leave this alone for a year. :) - Ken Morley
