"What software are you using to stream? I sometimes have this issue and the way I've fixed it is by enabling "Use CFR" in OBS's advanced video settings, and by adding the custom x264 setting "level=4". I've especially found that "Use CFR" does the trick and should make the stream show up on mobile. You can double-check to see if it's viewable on mobile by going to your Twitch dashboard and making sure the page says your stream is "Excellent". If your stream appears as offline, or it doesn't have a quality rating, then it's probably not viewable on Mobile. This is a known issue on Twitch and seems to be due to certain x264 settings.
