"Zack:  Your example brings up an interesting point in the discussion.  If you build the network on the same platform, it is a network of networks (like Google Circles).  However, if you build that same network (group of nodes of students) on a different platform, is that a "network ON a network"? Perhaps the question that is distinctive on whether could the second network splice completely?  Not in the way the nodes are "real life" related but in how they are technically bound.  I think it is because of this, it makes Freds point.  You really cannot build long term a network ON a network." - Lou Paglia
