"I have over a dozen accounts of all different types and I don't have anything in that table either. With no documents table, it is hard to imagine what the intent of document_id might be. Probably a left over table from when they had some sort of Pagess/Keynote/Numbers document integration? My guess is that the table is vestigal and they just haven't gotten rid of it." - Sam Pullara
