"I use a shock mount and a boom mic stand for my AT2020USB. I then run the mic through Adobe Audition, via virtual audio cables, to change the EQ of the mic and to reduce background noise. The result is a great sounding mic that doesn't have a lot of background interference. I highly suggest getting a mic stand and to not using the one that comes with the mic." - Sam Houston
