French Toast muffins. I made these again this morning, and they remain my favorite breakfast muffin in the world. so yummy. :) especially when served warm with a little honey butter! I especially love that the author calls these muffins her "Cure for the blahs" muffins. so true. just what i needed today! - Lindsay
