I called to update my 2015 estimated income, since I have to pay the excess earnings penalty. In the last quarter of 2014, I gave them an estimate based on the new federal law requiring overtime for home caregivers. Texas challenged that law, so I'm not getting paid overtime. The difference would have meant that they withheld 5 checks instead of 4. (At least according to my calculations) They were planning to withhold 7 checks. WTF!!! - Greg GuitarBuster
