"Newsblur is only free for 64 sites and 10 stories in your 'river' at a time. Some people have about 300 subscriptions to import from other RSS readers, so they would all have to pay $24/year for Newsblur. Feedly may be free, but let's see what they do when Google Reader shut down; right now they use the Google Reader API instead of their own infrastructure so their costs are going to go up a lot.
