I don't think you can change the URL in the code itself; however, you could always redirect the original URL to go where you want....? - Just another Bubba

What Bubba said. The QR code is basically just a way of turning a specific URL to a picture. If you want a QR code with a different URL, you need a new QR code. But, if you do own the URL that's actually in the QR code, you could make that URL go somewhere else. - Stephen Mack
