I received a phone call from Baycorp last week. They couldn't give me any information about why they were calling unless I verified my personal details over the phone, and there was no friggin' way I was giving them personal information without know why they were calling.

I told them they would have to write to me instead, and they said they would. Nothing to date, of course.

Meanwhile I applied for a copy of my credit file just in case. I was 99.9999999999% sure it was clear, but phone calls like that tend to put some doubt in your mind.

I just received it and it was completely and utterly blank. I don't owe a single cent to anyone and never have.
