"The problem with some of those benchmarks is that the RAZR i has an ARM emulator for apps that are not posting X86 builds that use the SDK. Some of these tools use JNI and emulate ARM which is going run slower than the native speed could get too. Given that the benchmarks are comparable, it's not bad, but when the native benchmarking tools come out it's going to be insanely better."
