Conversation with my 4 year old daughter....
Me: Look, there's the man who'll probably be the next president of
America. He's casting his vote with his wife and daughters. Everyone
thinks he'll win.
Rebecca: Where are all their toys?
Me: What??
Rebecca: I don't see their toys
Me: No Rebecca, they're in a polling station not at home. I guess they
didn't take any toys with them.
Rebecca: Who will win the boat? Why can't I see them get on the boat?
Me: What??
Rebecca: The boat. Who's going to win it?
Me: I think you mean 'vote' dear
Rebecca: No I don't. I mean 'boat'.
Me: Erm. Fair enough.
